• Products must be in original condition
• Returns must be requested within 24 hours of delivery
• Photographic evidence may be required
• Preserved roses and non-perishable items: 7 days return window
• Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable
To initiate a return:

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Submit photos if requested
4. Await approval from our team

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer (bank details required).
